WE LOVE DOGS!

BUT, Some folks give their dogs a bad reputation. Please observe these campground rules for pets. PET RULES: Occupant shall at all times be responsible for the actions of their pet(s) and agrees to abide by the following rules:



•   Pet(s) will not disturb the rights, comforts and conveniences of neighbors. This applies whether the pet is inside or outside.


•   Pet(s) shall be kept on a leash of no more than six (6) feet in length and under the Occupant's control at all times when outside.


•   Pet(s) may not be left outside when the RV site is unoccupied.


•   Pet(s) are not allowed in any building on the campground  , restrooms, laundry, main building, or pool area.


•   Occupants shall be responsible for removal of pet(s) waste on a daily basis. This includes roadways, used & unused sites,


•   Please walk your pet away from trailer spaces or  use the pet walk area.


•   Pet(s) may not be left inside for long periods of time when the RV site is unoccupied


. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES


Occupant shall be liable for the entire amount of all damages caused by their pet(s) and all cleaning needed because of their pet(s), including landscaping. Payment for damages or cleaning shall be due immediately upon demand. Occupant shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to the person or property of others caused by their pet(s) and shall indemnify Management and Owners of all costs of litigation and attorney's fees resulting from same.
